Recipe of the Month

Garganelli alla Buongustaia for aprox. 4 personer

 

400 gr fresh pasta (Garganelli)
150 g shredded parma ham
4 dl tasty tomato sauce
1 garlic clove
5 tblsp oil
1 box cocktail tomatoes
Fresh Peperoncino (Chili peppar)
Salt and pepper by choice
1 pot of rocket salad
Mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan

 

Sizzled the parma ham, chili pepper, cocktail tomatoes and the garlic in olive oil then add the tomato sauce and salt and pepper, let it cook on low heat until the pasta is aldente, mix everything and garnish with rocket salad and the diced mozzarella cheese

Serve the pasta with parmesan cheese after you own choice.
